Friends of Sheffield General Cemetery

The Trust announced in May 2007 that following an increase of crime in the area that South Yorkshire Police were going to introduce a police surgery and would attend the cemetery on a monthly basis to hear from cemetery users any concerns or sightings of vandalism etc. The lighting is to be improved and CCTV cameras placed in strategic spots.
